So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Social User Acquisition Manager to join Guardio and work closely with the Marketing, Support, and Product groups.

You will:

  • Focus on acquiring users through social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, identify opportunities, and optimize UA efforts across social media channels.
  • Analyze and continually optimize large-scale social ad campaigns to maximize ROAS, Spend, and meet relevant KPIs.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in social media marketing and integrate new technologies into your effort.
  • Collaborate on your campaigns with the creative, design, BI, and copywriting teams to create compelling social media content.
  • Set up and maintain an ongoing schedule of experiments - a constant process of ideation, implementation, and optimization specific to social channels.

  • 2+ years of experience with advertising on social media platforms (other channels are an advantage).
  • Experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Number-oriented with analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers related to social campaigns.
  • A creative mind to brainstorm and segment the best performance video iterations for social media.
  • Always on the lookout for new opportunities that challenge current social efforts.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Fully up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
