We are seeking a dynamic, independent and experienced Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the Chief Corporate Development Officer and play a key role in shaping Enlight's strategic growth through M&A.

Responsibilities

· Lead strategic M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) in collaboration with the Chief Corporate Development Officer. Manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, documentation, and commercial negotiations. 

· Develop and continuously refine M&A processes, financial models, presentations, and internal procedures.

· Identify, evaluate, and source new strategic opportunities aligned with Enlight's growth objectives.

· Drive post-merger integration (PMI) efforts and act as the primary liaison with strategic partners.

· Proactively propose and lead new ventures and strategic initiatives that enhance Enlight's capabilities and market position.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Law or similar from a reputable University – a must

· MBA – or MA in finance - preferred

· Proven hands-on experience in M&A, including deal execution and negotiation (required).Prior experience in Big 4 transaction services, a leading international investment bank or a corporate M&A role – preferred

· Strong financial expertise, including experience in corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling.

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

· Self-starter with a track record of high performance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
