A startup company building the world's first generative video analysis engine, performing live video analysis from cameras to detect security events, anomalies, and more.
The company is backed by leading venture capital funds such as Andreessen Horowitz, as well as government investors, and has been accepted into one of the world's top accelerator programs.
The role involves development in Python, FastAPI, and working with Computer Vision technologies.
The company currently has 9 employees, is in the Seed stage (after raising $2M in the Pre-Seed round), and is located in Tel Aviv (near the train line), offering a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.
Requirements-
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Experience working in large tech companies or dynamic startups
- Experience with code reviews and mentoring team members
- Experience building or integrating AI agents for automation and inference
- Familiarity with multimodal models (Vision-Language Models – VLMs)
- Hands-on experience with computer vision pipelines, including video streaming and real-time analysis
- Expertise in FastAPI, microservices, and asynchronous development
- Proficiency with Pydantic, Peewee, PostgreSQL / SQLite
- Experience in designing and developing scalable Backend systems
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, and inter-process communication (IPC)
- Familiarity with startup culture and working in a fast-paced environment
