We are looking for an
Electrical Engineer
to join our
Wafer-Level Testing (WLT)
team.

In this role, you will work on both development and production wafers of
Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs)
, performing testing, data analysis and automation to improve device performance, design and yield.

Responsibilities

  • Perform wafer-level testing (WLT) on PIC development and production wafers.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based test and data analysis scripts.
  • Automate test processes and improve data collection and analysis workflows.
  • Analyze electrical and optical test data to extract key performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with process, packaging, and design teams to optimize device performance and yield.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in
    Electrical Engineering, Physics
    , or a related field.
  • Experience with
    wafer-level testing
    and automated measurement setups.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    (including Jupyter Notebook) for data analysis and tool development.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with
    optical/electrical measurements
    and test equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC)
    or
    Silicon Photonics (SiPh)
    testing environments.
  • Knowledge of
    data visualization tools
    and
    version control systems (Git)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    automated probing systems
    and test automation frameworks.
