The Quality Management Directorate of the Missiles & Space Division is seeking a
Development Process Engineer
.

The position includes:

  • Provide comprehensive support for users of development tools managed by the division's Quality Management Directorate.
  • Lead development processes across the division.
  • Implement methodologies in risk analysis, risk management, and compliance with requirements and quality standards.
  • Serve as the focal point for Siemens systems engineering tools, with emphasis on Polarion and TCRM.
  • Collaborate with system engineering and engineering teams to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Partner in defining, establishing, and implementing a requirements management system and its integration with PLM.
  • Act as a knowledge hub for requirements management and systems engineering tools – including implementation and training.
  • Analyze engineering processes, define metrics and KPIs, and lead improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • B.Sc. in Electronics / Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering or Exact Sciences –
    mandatory
    .
  • M.Sc. in Systems Engineering –
    advantage
    .
  • Experience in a development team or development support team –
    mandatory
    .
  • Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, DOORS, Jama) –
    significant advantage
    .
  • Experience working with databases –
    advantage
    .
  • Strong process understanding and experience implementing changes and process improvements –
    advantage
    .
  • Ability to lead cross-organizational process implementations –
    advantage
    .
  • High-level technical English –
    mandatory
    .
