A private equity group investing in and working with global media companies is looking for an experienced Marketing/Marcom professional to be working with the group and its various portfolio companies on a freelance basis, thinking strategically, while also handling the ongoing tasks on a day to day mode.

If you understand the theory and principles behind building a strong brand through marketing, but also know how to actually make it happen; if you are also someone with the confidence and experience to guide the business through the different steps we need to take, then we'd love to meet you.
What type of role will it be?
Whether you are an individual consultant or an outsourcing firm; we would require the following tasks to be handled, on a part time basis (for the time being):
- Manage the social and content assets for the group and its companies (including LinkedIn and the companies' websites).
- Managing group's PR. Drive PR strategy and plan, working closely with PR firms in the US and in Israel. Engage in announcements and press releases as well as initiate interviews, Podcasts appearances and more, and prepare partners and employees for them.
- Work with the group portfolio companies, structuring marketing strategy and execution plan, including messaging and positioning.
- Work closely with HR on employer branding strategy and build an internal and external plan of execution.
What You'll Need:
- Canva expertise and basic design skills – mandatory.
- Creativity An ability to develop powerful creative ideas and execute them.
- Content writer and editor, a person of message and copy – Native English is a must
- Independent and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude. We need people who are hungry, proactive, and able to move mountains.
- Great understanding of numbers and advertising analytics.
- Former experience as a Marketing Professional with startups, or with fast-growing companies; Preferably in the advertising or media fields.
- A strong point of view and understanding of best practices on copy, design, and creative approach across key marketing channels.
- Strong understanding in employer branding, representing the company vibe and culture throughout all social media platforms.
- Experience in activating a brand marketing strategy through PR, content & partnerships.
