Overview

We're looking for a
hands-on, technically skilled Business Operations Developer
who can design, build, and maintain systems that make our business run smarter and faster. This role combines development, analytics, and operational strategy — ideal for someone who loves solving problems through automation, data, and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain internal tools, scripts, and automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Develop integrations across platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, CRMs, analytics dashboards, or internal databases).
  • Build scalable solutions for reporting, task tracking, and process management.
  • Continuously improve existing systems to enhance reliability, performance, and usability.

2. Data Infrastructure & Analytics

  • Collect, clean, and structure operational data to enable meaningful reporting and insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance and productivity.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify inefficiencies, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Translate operational needs into technical and analytical frameworks.

3. Operational Strategy & Optimization

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to map and optimize business processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and track progress toward key objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement across teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script
    .
  • Experience with
    APIs, automation tools
    (e.g., Zapier, Make), and
    system integrations
    .
  • Solid foundation in
    data analysis
    and visualization (SQL, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
