COMBLACK is recruiting a Salesforce Systems Analyst

The role includes managing and leading the Salesforce system within the organization, identifying and translating business requirements into technological solutions, designing system architecture, managing design reviews, and ensuring optimal implementation of the system in collaboration with multiple teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Strong declarative Salesforce skills: Flow, Flow Orchestrator, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder, and more
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data models, permissions, and security
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and Agile practices, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Design Thinking
  • Ability to lead requirements discovery workshops, document business needs, and translate them into functional solutions
