We're Hiring: Organization & Methods Analyst (O&M Analyst)

Location: Ramat Gan – Bursa Complex

Looking to influence organizational processes and work on cross-company projects?

What will your day look like?

Analyze large and complex databases across organizational projects

Identify trends, anomalies, and business insights

Lead acceptance testing and draw conclusions from operational datasets

Develop professional tools and solutions for internal teams

Work closely with BI teams, Industrial Engineers, and Project Managers

What are we looking for?

2+ years of experience analyzing and understanding large, complex datasets – Must

Hands-on experience with SQL – Must

Advanced Excel skills – Must

Experience with Tableau and Python – Big advantage

Bachelor's degree – Advantage
