About The Team
We're looking for a
Software Engineering Team Lead
to join our
Core Engineering
department and play a central role in shaping the future of our AI-powered developer experience (DevEx) tooling.

You'll lead a talented engineering team to build tools that boost developer productivity, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

About The Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, cultivating a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and growth
  • Partner with engineering peers and stakeholders to define and implement AI-based developer experience (DevEx) tooling that enhances productivity across the SDLC
  • Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in development workflows
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable internal tools, services, and platforms that support engineering velocity
  • Drive adoption of modern technologies, methodologies, and best practices that improve code quality and delivery speed
  • Use data and metrics to measure impact, track progress, and continuously optimize the developer experience
  • Contribute to the technical strategy of the DevEx group and influence broader Core Engineering initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership role (team lead or equivalent)
  • Proven experience developing and scaling developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, nodejs, Go)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of guiding teams to success
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
