We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (temporary position), who will serve as the first point of contact for our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a professional, welcoming, and pleasant environment for all office visitors, including employees, guests, and delivery personnel.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the reception area operates smoothly, efficiently, and securely.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk
  • Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival
  • Handling office administration tasks independently (such as deliveries and shipments, procurement, office and kitchen supplies)
  • Managing meeting room scheduling and logistics
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assisting the Welfare team with internal events, happy hours, travel coordination, and more
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience - advantage
  • Strong verbal and written skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work from Petah-Tikva (on-site model)
