The U.S. Tax Associate will handle a robust client base, working closely with individuals and families across various financial profiles. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in U.S. tax principles, the ability to manage multiple client relationships, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review U.S. individual tax returns for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage client communications and ensure timely, accurate filing.
  • Research and resolve tax issues while identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support cross-border tax needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional guidance.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in U.S. individual taxation.
  • Exposure to cross-border or international tax matters preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • CPA license (U.S.) preferred but not required.
  • High proficiency in English; Hebrew fluency a plus.

Location: Jerusalem or Beit Shemesh (Hybrid – In-office and Remote)

Type: Full-time

Salary: 11,000–15,000 NIS/month
