Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated
Audit & Reporting Specialist
to join our team in Kfar Saba (hybrid position with work-from-home flexibility).

This is an excellent opportunity for a
CPA after completing Big 4 audit experience
, who is ready to take full ownership of the audit process from the company's side.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing audit-ready workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Acting as the
    main point of contact
    for external auditors (mainly Big 4), ensuring smooth and timely completion of audits.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements under IFRS/GAAP.
  • Supporting the CFO with financial reporting and compliance.
  • Taking
    full responsibility
    for audit preparation – with no "learning curve" supervision.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed CPA internship in a Big 4 (or leading audit firm).
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
  • Proven experience in preparing audit files from start to finish.
  • CPA qualification .
  • Excellent communication skills with auditors.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.

תחומי אחריות:

  • הכנת ניירות עבודה, מאזנים תומכים וחומרים לביקורת ברמה גבוהה.
  • שימש/י כגורם המקשר מול צוותי הביקורת (בעיקר Big 4), עד לסגירה מלאה של התיק.
  • הכנה וסקירה של דוחות כספיים לפי IFRS/GAAP.
  • סיוע ל-CFO בדיווח כספי וציות.
  • אחריות מלאה ועצמאית
    – ללא פיקוח צמוד או עקומת למידה.

דרישות

  • סיום התמחות בביקורת בפירמת Big 4 (או פירמת ביקורת מובילה).
  • ידע מקצועי חזק בתקני IFRS/GAAP.
  • ניסיון מוכח בסגירת תיקים והכנת חומרי ביקורת מקצה לקצה.
  • רישיון רו"ח .
  • יכולת תקשורת גבוהה מול מבקרים.
  • עצמאי/ת, קפדני/ת, ובעל/ת יכולת עמידה בלוחות זמנים.
