How you'll be impactful:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will act as a financial advisor for our Barges business unit and play a crucial role in driving smarter, faster decisions. This role will be hands-on – building models, digging into data, and partnering with leaders across the company to shape strategy and improve performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting including variance analysis, KPIs, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial results, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain revenue models.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue and related KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and help us scale our FP&A capabilities.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, new product launches, and go-to-market investments.
• Report to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis based in San Francisco, USA and collaborate with a dynamic global team which will involve evening meetings to connect across time zones.

What you'll need to be successful:

• 4+ years of experience working in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills; experience with BI or planning tools (Tableau, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite) a plus.
• Solid understanding of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics.
• Proven ability to build and manage complex models.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and distilling them into clear takeaways.
• Strong business partner able to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, drives projects forward, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
