2 days working from home, 3 days onsite at Airport City, with occasional travel to Beit Shemesh and Neot Hovav sites as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning Partner for a temporary position (maternity leave cover) for 9 months, with a strong preference for immediate availability.

The role involves executing the annual learning plan and working closely with our global HR team in an industrial organization, as well as collaborating with multiple sites in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the annual learning plan and manage L&D projects.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with HR managers across local and global sites.
  • Manage and source training vendors: oversee contracts and payments, identify suitable providers in Israel and internationally.
  • Budget management: monitor and control training program expenses.
  • Work with a global LMS platform and deliver existing learning content.
  • Develop learning materials for both in-person and virtual sessions.

Requirements

  • Fluent English – mandatory (daily meetings and correspondence in English).
  • 3–4 years of experience as an L&D partner in a global organization – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in learning development: LMS management, creating presentations and training materials, content implementation.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and budget control.
  • Strong ability to execute, manage projects, and work with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
  • Advantage: experience in industrial organizations.
