Senior Software Engineer

Design, build, and improve cloud-native services that are scalable, secure, and easy to operate. Drive architectural decisions and lead the development of major components in a distributed, high-SLA system. Collaborate closely with a highly skilled teams in ILDC and abroad to deliver end-to-end solutions. Conduct code and design reviews and mentor junior engineers to grow technical excellence across the team. 7+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Python or Java. 5+ years building and running services in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP) 3+ years designing and operating large-scale distributed systems with high availability and reliability Academic degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of experience working with Big Data technologies or platforms Experience collaborating with customers or internal partners to build solutions Strong understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous programming Proven track record delivering production-grade cloud services at scale Passion for performance optimization, reliability, and system observability
