This is a career-defining opportunity to own and shape the visual identity of a fast-scaling fintech company competing on a global stage. As our Marketing Designer, you'll be the sole architect of how Justt looks and feels across every touchpoint—from digital campaigns and web to events and sales collateral. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role where you define, maintain, and evolve our creative identity with full ownership and creative freedom. You'll work with real resources and a proven brand foundation, ensuring boldness, consistency, and craft in everything we put into the world. As the company scales rapidly, you'll scale with it—this is a role with serious growth potential for a designer ready to make their mark.
What will you do?
- Own Justt's visual brand identity — maintain, update, and evolve guidelines as the company grows.
- Design creative assets across all channels: digital campaigns, web, social, email, and video.
- Develop high-impact sales and marketing materials — presentations, one-pagers, case studies.
- Lead the visual identity for events and conferences, from booths to collateral.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to ensure brand consistency.
- Keep raising the bar for Justt's design standards, making sure our visuals match the ambition of our product.
