What you'll do

  • Design and optimize player journeys, game flows, and all user–platform interactions
  • Build, balance, and maintain in-game economies (currencies, rewards, sinks, progression)
  • Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to drive retention and healthy economic loops
  • Analyze KPIs such as ARPU, LTV, retention, conversion, churn, and monetization efficiency
  • Identify optimization opportunities using behavioral and transactional data
  • Build predictive models to forecast economic changes
  • Create clear specs and contribute to product planning
  • Deliver ongoing insights and reports on economic performance

What you bring

  • 3+ years as a Game Economist, Game Designer, or Product Analyst in gaming (iGaming / social gaming / mobile)
  • Experience working with a social-gaming or real-money operator
  • Strong analytical & mathematical skills
  • SQL (intermediate) + BI tools like Tableau / Superset / Power BI
  • Passion for gaming and mobile experiences
  • Excellent communication skills & high fluency in English

  • Engineering degree
  • Experience building AI agents
  • MATLAB experience
