PowerGen is looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Specialist & Personal Assistant.
This role includes full administrative responsibility for office management, as well as providing day-to-day support to the CFO, executive team and the employees across the organization. What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing close calendar and scheduling support to the CFO and other senior executives
• Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including all administrative aspects
• Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors
• Managing supply orders, office procurement, and vendor relationships
• Preparing meeting rooms and training spaces for internal and external use
What We're Looking For:
• Academic degree – a strong advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role – must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• High-level English – spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Professional appearance, high reliability, and a "can-do" attitude
• Independent, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
