Technical Buyer

We are looking for a
Technical Buyer
to join our team in Ness Ziona

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process – working with suppliers in Israel and abroad, leading negotiations and cost reductions, handling orders and imports, and supporting advanced technological operations.

What you'll do:

• Full responsibility for the supply chain process: issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, handling delays, and managing supply schedules
• Ongoing interfaces with suppliers in Israel and abroad: demand planning, Copy Exact, and purchase order approvals
• Managing supplier relationships: negotiations, pricing, cost reductions, RFQs
• Ensuring data accuracy in the system: lead times, price lists, and MOQ

What we're looking for:

• High-level English – a must (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2+ years of experience as a technical buyer / procurement specialist
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with
  Priority ERP
  – a must
• Advantage: experience in large organizations
• Advantage: knowledge of shipping and import processes

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת לניהול שרשרת האספקה מקצה לקצה – עבודה מול ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל, הובלת מו"מ והוזלות, ניהול הזמנות וייבוא, ותמיכה בפעילות טכנולוגית מתקדמת.

מה כולל התפקיד:

• אחריות מלאה על תהליך שרשרת האספקה: הוצאת הזמנות, מעקב, טיפול בפריטים מאחרים וניהול אספקות
• עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל: תכנון צרכים, Copy Exact ואישורי הזמנות
• ניהול קשרים מסחריים עם ספקים – מו"מ, תמחור, בקשות להצעות מחיר
• אחריות לאמינות הנתונים במערכת: זמני אספקה, מחירונים ו־MOQ

מה נדרש:

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור)
• ניסיון של שנתיים ומעלה כקניינ/ית רכש טכני
• שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת פריוריטי – חובה
• יתרון לניסיון בארגונים גדולים
• ידע בשילוח ויבוא – יתרון
