Bridgewise is seeking a talented, proactive, and highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our legal team at Bridgewise's headquarters in Ramat Gan.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Bridgewise's corporate and commercial operations across multiple jurisdictions, handling a wide range of legal matters and partnering with internal stakeholders worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing fintech company and take part in shaping its global legal and compliance framework.

Requirements

Professional Experience & Qualifications

LL.B. (or equivalent) from a leading academic institution.2–3 years of post-internship experience as a lawyer in the commercial or corporate department of a leading law firm, or as in-house counsel in a global technology or fintech company.Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and technology-related agreements (SaaS, procurement).Background or familiarity with corporate law, governance, privacy, or compliance — an advantage.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (a significant portion of the work is conducted in English).Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new and complex areas of law. Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to various corporate departments, including HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product and IT.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, vendor, SaaS, partnership, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.Provide corporate legal support to the company's subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide, including assistance with governance, board materials, and local compliance.Support the General Counsel on corporate governance, compliance programs, procedures, and policies.Remain current on applicable laws and regulations affecting data privacy, employment, and technology, and provide guidance to relevant teams.
