We're looking for a
10x Full-Stack Developer
who excels across both frontend and backend domains and can independently take features from idea → architecture → implementation → deployment with minimal direction.

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer at GenOr, you will design and build mission-critical features spanning UI, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions that scale with the business.

This role requires mastery of
React
, strong backend engineering skills in
Python and/or .NET
, and proven experience in platform development.

Responsibilities

Frontend

  • Develop robust, scalable front-end applications using
    React
    and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Build reusable component libraries, dashboards, interfaces, and platform modules.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, high-performance UI experiences.

Backend

  • Architect and implement backend services and APIs using
    Python
    (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and/or
    .NET (C#)
    .
  • Build and integrate distributed services, background workers, and data pipelines.
  • Ensure high levels of performance, security, reliability, and observability.

Full-Stack Ownership

  • Own features end-to-end: from design and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate across teams (product, FE, BE, DevOps) to deliver complete platform capabilities.
  • The best model practices in code quality, testing, documentation, and system design.
  • Contribute to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation (Azure preferred).
  • Diagnose, debug, and optimize both frontend and backend systems.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience
    building full-stack applications in production.
  • Strong mastery of
    React
    , JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern FE architecture.
  • Strong backend experience with
    Python
    and/or
    .NET
    .
  • Proven experience in
    platform-level development
    — complex systems, modular apps, multi-service environments.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • API design (REST/GraphQL/gRPC)
  • Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
  • Authentication/Authorization
  • Scalability patterns and performance optimization
  • Cloud services (Azure is an advantage)
  • Ability to independently take features from zero to production.

  • Experience with:

  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • Event-driven architectures, messaging queues
  • Distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring
