About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Applied Researcher
/
Data Scientist
to join our CTO AI Office and develop models that uncover patterns and similarities across
structured and unstructured data
. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and research skills with hands-on experience in
machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision from the industry
.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and implement
    ML/DL models
    for finding semantic, visual, and statistical similarities across diverse data sources (text, images, and tabular data).
  • Analyze large-scale
    structured and unstructured data
    to extract insights and identify correlations using clustering-based, probabilistic, or learning–based approaches.
  • Plan, design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agentic systems.
  • Read and interpret
    academic papers
    , reproduce and adapt state-of-the-art methods to production settings.
  • Collaborate with software and data teams to integrate models into AI pipelines and agentic systems.

Requirements

  • M.Sc.
    in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    working as a data science / applied researcher in the industry.
  • Proven experience working with
    structured (tabular, relational)
    and/or
    unstructured (text, image, audio)
    data.
  • Strong understanding of
    machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods
    , with experience in
    prompt engineering
    , reasoning chains, and planning strategies.
  • Experience working with
    timeseries
  • big advantage
  • Ability to
    read, understand, and implement academic research
    in ML/DL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • At least 1 paper published as a co-author into a leading AI related conference.
