At its core is the Large Market Model (LMM), an adaptable AI engine that forecasts demand and market trends with precision, empowering real-time decision-making. Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our expanding product team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the company's core innovative product, implement and adapt it to solve complex customer problems and create an intuitive and awesome experience for airlines. You will be responsible for our customers' product experience, creating roadmaps and leading innovation while working closely with sales, marketing and software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be owning, strategizing, and developing a large portion of Fetcherr core product roadmap.
  • From ideation to creation, you will be involved in all stages of the product life cycle.
  • You will be working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders; including engineering, marketing, and sales to drive our product strategy into production.
  • Define and track success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and product strategy.
Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have...

  • 5+ years of product management in B2B software/platforms, ideally mission-critical or operations-focused.
  • Product management experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Thrives managing multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration; able to influence and partner cross-functionally.
  • Hands-on leadership of end-to-end product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong data analysis, execution, and ownership of complex development processes.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership.
  • Able to research and evaluate new capabilities (competitive analysis, technical feasibility, market trends).
  • Experience managing both established/evolving products and early-stage initiatives.
  • Works closely with engineering on technical specifications and architecture decisions.
  • BA/BSc or equivalent experience.
