Job Title: Travel Agent, Air Tickets Booking

Department: Travel

Reports to: CEO

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced air travel agent to join our team and specialize in group air ticket booking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the airline industry and be able to effectively manage the booking process for individual and
group travelers.

Start date - Immidaite (+/-)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product team to secure seats pre-season
  • Research and book airfare
  • Monitor and negotiate with airlines to secure the best possible rates
  • Manage the entire air ticket booking process from start to finish
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry
  • Strong understanding of the airline group booking process
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS/Amadeus
