IT Service desk analysts are on the frontline of support. They are focused on helping to resolve technical issues Amdocs employees encounter.

The ideal candidate will need to have an aptitude for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and documenting technical issues.

What will your job look like?
  • Manage incoming support requests from various channels, such as phone, chat, and portal.
  • Maintain and utilize a rich knowledgebase to identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues properly.
  • Escalate support request to higher-level IT support when required.
All you need is...
  • First line level IT support experience preferably within a remote support position.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening essential.
  • Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to: Active directory, O365, Windows 11, Exchange, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity.
