Role Description

This is a
remote Paralegal role
, requiring
60–90 hours per month
(approx. 15–20 hours per week). The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and supporting attorneys in their daily tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and format patent filings and related legal documents
• Organize case files, maintain accurate records, and manage deadlines
• Support attorneys in prosecution and correspondence with global associates
• Review and summarize legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal, familiar with U.S. patent prosecution and PCT procedures
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and research skills
• Prior experience in intellectual property law strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field is an advantage
