Job Description

It enables increased productivity, as well as simple and quick network modernization, positioning Ceragon as a leading solutions provider for the 5G era. Our solutions are deployed by more than 600 service providers, as well as more than 1,600 private networks, in more than 130 countries.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our talent acquisition activity in our Israeli HQ site.
This position plays a key role in contributing to the company's talent strategy, with a focus on Talent Acquisition practices, candidates and managers' experience, reporting to the VP People and Talent, HQ.

Job Requirements

  • B.A degree in relevant study, M.A advantage
  • 5+ years of experience hiring in house for technical roles
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
  • Knowledge and experience in various sourcing tools, and building quality pipelines
  • Experience ןמ leading internal referral campaigns
  • Great team player, innovative and proactive, create collaborative relationships with candidates and business partners
  • Comfortable to work in a fast paced
  • Both written and verbal English communication skills
