Product Lead

Noma Security is redefining how organizations safely adopt AI building the trust layer for the era of intelligent systems.

As we scale our Data & AI Lifecycle Security platform and expand deeper into model-driven security intelligence, we are looking for a Product Lead to own the end-to-end product leadership of core product domains—from strategy and discovery through execution, launch, and customer impact.

You will lead product vision and execution for critical capabilities that help organizations secure their AI systems end-to-end from data flows, to model governance, to AI usage in production. You will be accountable for turning complex customer problems into scalable product solutions, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring measurable customer and business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with true ownership, where you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and GTM teams to build a category-defining AI Security platform.

What You'll Do:

• Own Product Strategy & Vision (End-to-End)
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for core AI security domains.
• Make clear prioritization decisions based on customer value, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Act as the product owner and decision-maker throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Lead End-to-End Product Execution

• Drive products from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Write crisp PRDs, use cases, and UX flows that bring clarity to complex technical and security problems.
• Work hands-on with engineering and design to ship high-quality features rapidly and iteratively.

Be the Voice of the Customer

• Develop deep understanding of enterprise customer workflows, risks, and success metrics.
• Lead customer conversations, evaluations, and POCs, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Ensure adoption, usability, and value realization post-launch.

Deliver AI Security Outcomes

• Lead the development of capabilities across data protection, AI governance, observability, and secure AI operations.
• Align product decisions with evolving standards, compliance requirements, and emerging threat models.
• Continuously assess product impact and iterate based on usage, feedback, and risk signals.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Go-To-Market

• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, packaging, messaging, and enablement.
• Communicate roadmap, timelines, and product impact clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a connective tissue between R&D, Security, Sales, and Customers.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience owning products end-to-end, from strategy through production and adoption.
• Strong technical background (software engineering, data engineering, or equivalent).
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous problem spaces and make confident product decisions.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and leading evaluations/POCs.
• Excellent communication skills visual, verbal, and written with the ability to simplify complexity.
• A strong sense of ownership, bias to action, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

Bonus Points

• Experience as a Product Lead or senior PM in early-stage, product-led startups.
• Background in ML/AI systems, AI observability, or model governance.
• Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, or multi-model orchestration.

Nice to Haves

• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions.
• Deep understanding of security implications across modern AI development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales motions and B2B onboarding flows.
