About The Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to build and scale innovative products for the insurance industry. As the first PM in this area, you will own the product end-to-end, from defining strategy and roadmap to driving execution and iterating quickly toward product–market fit. Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
   – As the first PM in this area, you'll drive products from concept to MVP to scale, based on a deep understanding of workflows, pain points, and opportunities arising from rapid iterations with designs partners and the market; You'll validate product–market fit and define and own the product strategy and roadmap.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   – Partner with engineering, design, data, and data science teams to ensure smooth product delivery, rapid iteration, and high-quality execution from concept to launch.
3. Go-to-Market (GTM)
   – Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption, ensure effective product positioning, and deliver measurable business impact.
4. Prioritization & Execution
   – Translate complex insurance workflows into clear, actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.Use structured frameworks to prioritize features, scope MVPs, and establish fast feedback loops for learning and iteration.
5. Thought Leadership
   – Represent the product vision internally and externally, helping to position the company as a leader in modern insurance solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience in fast-paced startup environments, with a track record of building, launching, and scaling innovative B2B/B2E products.
• Ability to define product strategy and build a clear roadmap, aligning long-term vision with immediate priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with enterprise customers, understand complex workflows, and translate them into simple, effective product solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, go-to-market) in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence executives, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution discipline, delivering both long-term impact and short-term wins.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced environments.
