Full Stack Team Leader

CYMOTIVE Technologies is looking for a
Team Leader
to lead a team of Full Stack Developers working on
AWS/Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions
, from backend and frontend development to cloud deployment.

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on coder who can
lead by example
, drive execution, and inspire a small team (4–5 people).

Together with the world's leading car manufacturer, we have the opportunity to directly influence the security implementation of the backend services that connect customers with their vehicles.

What will you do:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of 4-5 Full Stack Developers.
  • Design and develop backend and frontend systems
    from scratch
    .
  • Drive the development of
    serverless
    ,
    cloud-native
    solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
  • Build and maintain
    IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
    using CDK, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • Develop
    modular, testable, and maintainable
    applications.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in
    production
    environments.
  • Take
    ownership
    of deliverables from design through deployment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year
    of experience leading or managing a small engineering team.
  • 3+ years
    working with
    AWS or Azure
    cloud services.
  • 3+ years
    experience in
    backend development
    with

    .
  • 3+ years
    experience in
    frontend development
    (React or ).
  • 2+ years
    hands-on experience with
    IaC tools
    (AWS CDK, Terraform, or Bicep).
  • 3+ years
    designing and developing
    complex single-page applications (SPAs)
    .
  • 3+ years
    working with
    SQL databases
    (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Proven experience working on
    production-grade
    systems.
  • Understanding of
    NoSQL databases
  • advantage.
  • Strong collaboration skills with
    Product
    and
    Design
    functions.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).

Bonus Points

  • B.Sc.
    in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in
    cybersecurity
    products or services.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and
    cloud security best practices
    .
