Junior Media Buyer

IDKA is looking for a highly motivated Junior Media Buyer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take full ownership of campaigns—from creative ideation to launch, optimization, and performance analysis.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and additional digital advertising platforms.

Develop creative concepts and collaborate on ad assets (copy, visuals, ideas).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities.

Think outside the box to test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and formats.

Work independently and take end-to-end responsibility for campaign success.

What We're Looking For

Degree — a plus.

Strong English skills (written and comprehension).

A creative mind with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.

A problem-solver who enjoys experimentation and innovation.

Someone self-driven and ambitious — not afraid of hard work and eager to grow.

Excited to be a one-person show: creative, execution, optimization, and everything in between.

Basic video editing skills — a big plus.
