Job Description:
Full responsibility for the setup process: reading complex drawings, understanding customer requirements (including T&GD), and assembling required tools.

Setting up CNC 3- and 4-axis milling machines.

First Article Run: Bringing the program to the machine, running the part, and performing an initial review.

Handling feedback from quality control: Making offsets and tool offsets as required, until a proper part is reached and approved.

Responsibility for serial production: Operating the machine to produce short and medium series (ranging from single units to 100 pieces).

Ongoing work with the team of programmers, inspectors and the production manager.

Job requirements (required):
At least two years of experience as a CNC operator (staffist) - required.

Ability to read complex drawings at a very high level, including a proven understanding of T&GD.

Proven experience working on 3 and 4-axis milling machines.

Good technical English (for reading drawings and specifications).

Personal qualities:
High level of order and organization, meticulousness and attention to detail.

Excellent ability to work in a team.

"Big head", proactivity and a constant desire to deepen knowledge.

Aim to challenge yourself every day and improve work processes.

Significant advantages:
Previous experience working on engraving machines.

Experience working on combined engraving-milling machines (Turn-Mill).

Experience working with OKUMA and/or MAZAK machines. Good familiarity with FANUC control.
