We're Hiring: QA Automation Tech Lead Location: Haifa | Full-time | On-Site (4 days) Priority Software is seeking a QA Automation Tech Lead for a role with direct impact on the quality of our flagship product, Optima PMS. If you come from the world of automation, with a passion for quality and excellence, and have experience in managing processes and complex SaaS environments – this is your opportunity to lead quality at a global scale. ??What You'll Do
• Define a cross-product testing strategy – including PMS, CRM, Finance, and Organization
• Build automation frameworks running on .NET, React, and Python
• Perform API testing for REST-based microservices and SignalR
• Execute CI/CD testing processes (Azure DevOps)
• Test domain-specific hospitality processes – reservations, payments, guest
• Lead performance and security testing in both SaaS and On-Prem environments
• Measure and present quality metrics and bug visibility
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR, PCI-DSS
• Test third-party integrations (OTA, Channel Managers, payment providers) ?What We're Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in automation and software testing, including 3+ years in technical leadership
• Experience in API testing (Postman, SpecFlow, RestSharp)
• Experience in Web testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, K6)
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps – significant advantage
• Knowledge of testing distributed and microservices-based systems
