לארגון ממשלתי גדול ומוביל טכנולוגית בירושלים דרוש/ה Senior Data Scientist עבודה במודל היברידי תיאור התפקיד: אם אתם/ן אנשי/נשות מקצוע שמחברים/ות בין עולמות של בינה מלאכותית, הנדסת נתונים, MLOps ופיתוח תוכנה, וגם שחקני/ות צוות אמיתיים/ות - מקומכם/ן איתנו. בתפקיד זה, תהיו אחראים/ות על הובלת פרויקטי דאטה מקצה לקצה: מהנתונים הגולמיים ועד מודל בפועל בייצור. נדרשת יכולת לתכנן ולקבוע אבני דרך מעשיות, תוך הבנה שהצלחה נובעת משיתוף פעולה, למידה הדדית וראייה מערכתית. דרישות: 5 שנות ניסיון ומעלה בתפקידי דאטה, מתוכן שנתיים לפחות ב- data science מדע נתונים (Data Science): הבנה עמוקה במודלים של למידת מכונה, כולל AutoML. ניסיון בהנדסת Context ועיבוד נתונים ב-Large Scale. פיתוח תוכנה: שליטה מעשית ב-Python (כתיבת קוד מודולרי, OOP ולא רק ב-Jupyter Notebook). הבנה ב-DevOps ועבודה על פי עקרונות של קוד נקי, מבוסס גרסאות ובדיקות אוטומטיות. עבודת צוות ותקשורת: יכולת תקשורת בין-אישית גבוהה והסבר ברור של שיקולים מקצועיים. נכונות לעבוד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם אנליסטים, מפתחים ובעלי עניין שונים. יכולת להתמודד בכבוד עם דעות מנוגדות, להתווכח בצורה בונה ולקבל ביקורת מקצועית. MLOps: ניסיון עם כלי MLOps כמו MLflow ו-Data Pipelines כמו Airflow. פיתוח תוכנה: הבנה בארכיטקטורת תוכנה.
