We are looking for a highly passionate, skilled, and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our growing R&D team.

This is a key role for a candidate with a deep understanding of automation frameworks, test development, and high-level QA vision.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our developers, product managers, and other QA team members to build and maintain robust test coverage across our IoT and cloud-based backend systems.

This role is part of the R&D management, reporting directly to the QA Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation test frameworks for IoT devices, backend services, and cloud-based applications.

● Build and execute comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios.

● Develop and implement test strategies and QA processes in collaboration with R&D teams.

● Run and monitor daily automation test executions, analyze reports, and ensure rapid defect detection and resolution.

● Lead and oversee System Integration Tests (SIT) to validate full system interoperability.

● Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve defects efficiently.

● Act as Release Manager for production and staging version deployments, ensuring smooth and stable releases.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.

● Deep expertise in developing test automation frameworks and writing automation tests.

● Strong knowledge of software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

● Experience with performance testing tools and database validation. ● Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure).

● Proficient in Python with the ability to build and maintain scalable test infrastructures.

● Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.

● Capable of generating and executing STP, STD, and providing clear STR documentation.

● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

● High level of motivation, ownership, and passion for quality and technology.

● Advantage: Experience testing embedded or IoT products.
