A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Product marketing specialist at MKS Controls, you will partner with all MKS functions: Product marketing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Operation, Accounting to support customers activities and develop and execute product life cycle strategies. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Marketing.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Focal point to CSR for customers escalations
  • Liaison between customers & BU functions
  • Set up special customers programs
  • Manage Product life Cycle activities
  • Create and analyze trends (Booking, forecast, plan vs. actual, etc.)
  • Maintain product parameters and price lists

Skills You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • English - Highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing
  • Ability to work well and take direction in a cross-functional team, handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of product life cycle and product change management

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with various in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Confluence; Jira experience a plus
