Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid/on-site role for a Data Scientist, with the option to work

remotely or from our office.

The Data Scientist will be a highly product-oriented and results-driven individual,

responsible for gathering and analyzing massive, disparate datasets from a wide

range of multi-data-points, including satellites (GIS), drones, autonomous machinery,

sensors, and operational systems. You will develop cutting-edge predictive models

and create intuitive data visualization tools, translating complex information into clear,

actionable insights that drive new product features and measure their impact.

This role requires a high degree of collaboration with our cross-cultural and cross-

functional teams spanning the USA, Australia, Brazil, India, Japan, and beyond. You

will be instrumental in a dynamic, sprint-based environment, interpreting data,

identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations that support a new

generation of agricultural planning and sustainability. Your expertise will be vital in

building the next-generational Agri-Heritage while directly impacting the bottom line

of profitability.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong product-oriented and

results-driven background.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, and data manipulation tools. This includes

solid expertise with popular libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and deep

learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.

  • Experience with advanced, cutting-edge tools for Explainable AI (XAI) and

large-scale data, including SHAP, LIME, Dask, PyCaret, Optuna, and

RAPIDS (cuDF, cuML).

  • Experience with
    GIS data
  • Proven experience in unifying and working with diverse, non-traditional

datasets.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with a natural

affinity for working with people.

  • The ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a leadership capacity.
  • A passion for agri-tech, sustainability, and making a tangible impact on the

world.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science,
