PM MDM Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems professional to join our Global Finance team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CPA or Economist with 4–5 years of experience in managing and implementing financial information systems in global environments, including responsibility for Finance Master Data processes and governance.

This role involves close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of system and data-related initiatives, with direct involvement in defining, aligning, and maintaining Finance MDM standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial systems implementation and enhancement projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.

• Collaborate daily with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and reporting needs.

• Analyze and document business processes and data, translating them into system specifications and configurations.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or automation.

• Maintain documentation of system changes, workflows, and configurations for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.

• Lead and maintain Finance Master Data (MDM) structure, governance, and standardization across global entities.

Qualifications

:

• Economist, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or relevant financial background.

• 4–5 years of experience in global financial systems projects management (ERP implementations, consolidation systems, BI tools).

• Strong understanding of financial processes, FP&A, and accounting principles.

• Experience working with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in Finance Master Data Management, standardization, or data governance – strong advantage.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Experience working with cross-organizational global processes – advantage.
