About the Role

We're looking for a
Back-End Developer
with strong experience in
and PostgreSQL
to join our growing team. This is a
full-time hybrid role
based in
Ramat Gan
, with flexibility to work from home part of the week.

As part of our development team, you'll be responsible for
designing, implementing, and maintaining
high-performance server-side applications that power our CRM and custom solutions. You'll collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain
    scalable back-end services and APIs
    using
  • Design efficient schemas, write optimized queries, and manage
    PostgreSQL databases
    .
  • Integrate
    third-party APIs
    and external services.
  • Ensure applications meet
    high standards for performance, security, and scalability
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, product, and design).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of professional back-end development experience.
  • Strong expertise in

    and asynchronous programming.
  • Proven experience with
    PostgreSQL
    (schema design, queries, performance tuning).
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    and collaborative workflows.
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    and
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Knowledge of
    authentication and authorization mechanisms
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
    MongoDB
    or other NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with
    Docker
    or containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (
    AWS, GCP, Azure
