תיאור משרה

• במסגרת התפקיד, אחריות כוללת על היבטי מש"א במפעל המתכת של החברה המעסיק כ 450 עובדים ומנהלים בתפקידים מגוונים.
• ליווי מנהלים, אחריות כוללת על מחזור חיי העובד וחוויית העובד.
• ייעוץ מקצועי ומענה שוטף לעובדים ומנהלים בנושאי משאבי אנוש ודיני עבודה.
• הוצאה לפועל של תהליכי HR חוצי ארגון והטמעתם במפעל (סקר ארגוני, הטמעת ערכים, נהלים, הערכת ביצועים, תהליכי עבודה ועוד), הובלת מספר פרויקטים במקביל
• זיהוי צרכים ארגוניים וצווארי בקבוק במפעל והובלת פתרון HR בהתבסס על ניהול מדדים ודאטה
• ניהול ישיר של צוות משאבי אנוש הכולל שתי רכזות משאבי אנוש ורפרנטית הדרכה
• עבודת צוות מקיפה לצד צוותי הגיוס, פיתוח ולמידה, שכר והטבות, חווית עובד ועוד

דרישות

• ניסיון בתחום משאבי אנוש של 5 שנים ויותר, הכולל ניהול צוות של שנתיים לפחות - חובה
• ניסיון רלוונטי מחברה תעשייתית בינונית/גדולה בסביבה טכנולוגית-אוטומטית / גלובלית - יתרון משמעותי
• יכולת וניסיון מוכח בהובלת שינויים, תהליכים ארגוניים, והתמודדות עם התנגדויות.
• כישורי תקשורת בין-אישית גבוהים ויכולת עבודה מול גורמים מרובים.
• נסיון בבניית תכנית עבודה שנתית מפעלית והובלתה מתכנון לביצוע
• ידע בתהליכי ייעוץ ארגוני ופיתוח ארגוני
• שליטה בשפה האנגלית - חובה
• תואר ראשון - חובה

SodaStream is Hiring a Human Resources Manager for Our Production Plant in Idan HaNegev

Temporary position for one year

Responsibilities (English)

• Comprehensive responsibility for all HR aspects at the operational metal plant, employing approximately 450 employees and managers in various roles.
• Managerial support, overall responsibility for the employee lifecycle and employee experience.
• Professional consulting and ongoing support for employees and managers on HR and labor law issues.
• Implementation of cross-organizational HR processes and their integration into the plant (organizational survey, value implementation, procedures, performance evaluation, work processes, etc.), leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identifying organizational needs and bottlenecks in the plant and leading HR solutions based on metrics and data management.
• Direct management of an HR team including two HR coordinators and a learning Coordinator.
• Comprehensive teamwork alongside recruitment, development and learning, compensation and benefits, employee experience teams, and more.

Qualifications (English)

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, including at least 2 years of team management - mandatory.
• Relevant experience from a medium/large industrial company in a technological/automated/global environment - a significant advantage.
• Proven ability and experience in leading changes, organizational processes, and handling resistance.
• High interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in building and leading an annual work plan for the plant from planning to execution.
• Knowledge in organizational consulting and development processes.
• Proficiency in English - mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree - mandatory.
