**העבודה ממשרדי החברה בתל אביב

מה אתם.ן הולכים לעשות:

· ביצוע אנליזה על נתונים פיננסיים של חברות ציבוריות בהתאם לסוג העבודה המבוקשת

· ביצוע הערכות שווי של חברות ושל מכשירים פיננסיים שונים

· עבודה מול לקוחות

· סוגי פרויקטים:

o      בניית מודלים פיננסיים לחברות לצרכים שונים

o      הערכות שווי לחברות ולמכשירים פיננסיים

o      הקצאת עלות רכישה (PPA)

o      בדיקות נאותות

o      חוות דעת כלכלית לבית משפט

דרישות התפקיד:

·       
 תואר ראשון ו/או שני בחשבונאות/כלכלה/מנהל עסקים – חובה

· מועמדים לאחר התמחות בראיית חשבון – יתרון

· מיומנויות אקסל ברמה גבוהה

· ראייה אנליטית ויכולת ניתוח נתונים

· יכולת למידה עצמאית ועבודה על מספר משימות במקביל

· יצירתיות

· עבודת צוות, יחסי אנוש טובים

· מוטיבציה ללמידה והתפתחות

· יכולת ניהול זמן

· יכולת ניסוח גבוהה
