Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a
part time (60%)
NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation department.

This role takes part in providing first-level support to global customers for advanced and complex Paragon's products.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clients' systems, working with the most interesting technology in the industry
  • Handle Tier-1 tasks and escalate when needed according to the company procedures
  • Perform operations when needed to try and resolve incidents as soon as possible
  • Work closely with Technical Account Manager teams to solve complex incidents
  • Assess and prioritize faults and respond and escalate accordingly
  • Provide initial response and handling Tier-1 tasks for the company's clients.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and networking
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience working in a technological environment - Advantage
  • 1+ Years Experience providing technical customer support - Advantage
  • Experience working as a NOC engineer - Advantage
  • Experience working with one of the following: Jira/ticket system, Kubernetes – Advantage
  • Willing to work in shifts 24/7, nights, weekends and Holidays
