As a Senior Bookkeeper you'll play a key role in strengthening our evolving finance department. You'll manage accounts receivable, invoicing, deposits, and reconciliations, while also serving as a point of guidance for the bookkeeping team on more complex issues. Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage AR, invoicing, and deposits. Upload and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.

Perform reconciliations and record intercompany transactions Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues Support other bookkeepers with more complex financial questions Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures Contribute to improving and standardizing finance processes Performing other duties and ad-hoc special projects Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records and reporting Requirements: 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping across a variety of tasks (not only one focus area) Bookkeeping certification (1+2 required, 3 an advantage) Strong Excel skills Professional English (written and spoken) Experience with ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Collaborative, team-player mindset with good communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with a positive can-do attitude Experience with NetSuite, a big plus Full time position with a hybrid setup (3 days/week in our office the Azrieli Office building in Modiin)
