אנו מחפשים מנהל.ת מקצועי.ת להובלת תחום רגולציה QI/ FATCA/ CRS.

המחלקה מעניקה שירותי ייעוץ וציות למוסדות פיננסיים מהגדולים בישראל ובעולם – בנקים, חברות ביטוח, בתי השקעות, קרנות וחברות FinTech – בתחומי רגולציה בינלאומית, ניהול סיכונים וציות.

במסגרת התפקיד:

  • ניהול והובלת תחום QI בפירמה
  • ניהול צוות עובדים ופרויקטים בתחום הציות והדיווח לרשויות המס האמריקאיות (IRS)
  • יישום דרישות QI, בניית נהלים, בקרות ותהליכי עבודה מיטביים
  • הובלת ביקורות תקופתיות (Periodic Reviews) וייעוץ שוטף ללקוחות
  • התאמת מערכות מידע לדרישות הרגולציה והבטחת דיוק הדיווחים
  • מתן ייעוץ מקצועי וליווי לקוחות מהמגזר הפיננסי – בנקים, קרנות ובתי השקעות
  • ניהול דיווחים שוטפים והכנת דוחות לרשויות המס
  • הכנת הדרכות והעשרות מקצועיות ללקוחות ולצוותים פנימיים
Requirements
  • ניסיון והיכרות עם רגולציית QI ודרישות ה-IRS
  • ניסיון מוכח בתחומי ציות, מיסוי בינלאומי או ניהול סיכונים פיננסיים – חובה
  • ניסיון בניהול צוותים ופרויקטים מורכבים – יתרון
  • תואר ראשון בחשבונאות / כלכלה / מנהל עסקים / משפטים – חובה
  • שליטה מלאה באנגלית
  • שליטה גבוהה בעברית ויכולת ניסוח וביטוי מצוינת בעל-פה ובכתב
  • ניסיון בעבודה מול גופים פיננסיים (בנקים, ביטוח, בתי השקעות וכו') – יתרון משמעותי
  • ניסיון או רקע במיסוי אמריקאי – יתרון משמעותי
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית, חשיבה אנליטית ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
