About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Sales Engineer
to join Medital's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical sales and working closely with R&D teams at leading OEM customers in Military Ind. Printing Ind., Semiconductor and Electronic ind., Medical Ind. and Automation Ind.. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and providing tailored, high-performance motion and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customer R&D and engineering teams to identify requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to order fulfillment and ongoing support.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Support customers with product selection, application, and integration.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate internally with suppliers and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering of leading universities.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Military Ind. in motion systems - an advantage .
  • Strong technical background with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
