LCM Engineer | Yokneam, Israel

We're looking for a
talented and experienced LCM Engineer
to support and improve existing medical systems in production, ensuring high quality, reliability, and continuous innovation.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain hardware solutions for released systems
  • Design and build test benches, jigs, and production tools
  • Investigate and resolve production and customer issues
  • Conduct failure analysis and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams


What we're looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing
  • Experience with multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, mechanics)
  • Background in medical devices – advantage
  • Knowledge of Firmware / VHDL / MATLAB – advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
