About the team

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and unlocking the power of data in the AdTech ecosystem? We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our CS team who help our clients succeed in leveraging cutting edge identity solutions.

As a
Customer Success Manager
, you will be a trusted partner to our clients, acting as their voice within Intent IQ. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to solve challenges and continuously enhance our solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Onboarding
    : Help guide new clients through setup and activation processes.
  • Account Support
    : Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Data & Insights
    : Analyze campaign performance and prepare insights that help clients improve results.
  • Training
    : Deliver product training and share best practices with client teams.
  • Team Collaboration
    : Work cross-functionally with product, support, and data teams to ensure client success.

Who you are

  • B.A. in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field -
    must
  • 1+ year of experience in a client facing role (Customer Success / Account Management / Analyst)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong spoken and written English and Hebrew
  • Willingness to work with U.S.-based clients, including partial overlap with U.S. business hours
  • A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn about the AdTech industry
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, or similar - a big plus
