We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Sales organization in EMEA based in our Tel-Aviv office. 

Radware's Recruiting team is the first gatekeeper and the first interface for candidates.

We are making sure to partner with our hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process while maintaining the best candidate experience.

What will you do?

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their department's strategic goals and staffing needs.
  • Lead all the recruitment process over EMEA & CALA
  • Anticipate future talent requirements and proactively provide insights and solutions to help them build high-performing teams, thus serving as a true business partner within the organization
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Networking, and industry-specific events, to identify and attract top talent
  • Evaluate candidates through resume screening and interviews to ensure they meet our standards and culture
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and candidates, providing guidance to Hiring Managers
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process, maintaining a network of potential talent
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth interview process for all parties involved
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our value proposition to negotiate and close candidates effectively
  • Maintain a well-organized ATS to enable effective data analysis and reporting
  • Build partnerships with academic organizations and schools to identify and engage with emerging talent
  • Own recruitment projects such as Employer Branding, and Market Mapping to enhance our overall recruitment function

What do you need to succeed?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a global high-tech company
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for Sales Tech positions
  • Solid ability to conduct behavioral interviews in English
  • Demonstrated success in proactively building talent pipelines by sourcing targeted talent through strategic research, outreach, and engagement
  • Candidate Sourcing\: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking, and industry-specific events, to identify and attract top talent
  • Excellent research skills with demonstrated success sourcing passive talent in competitive markets, leveraging various methods and channels
  • Highly organized and competent at time management and prioritization
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong (native-level) English-language skills (written & spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting for sales tech roles 
  • Proven reputation of successfully closing difficult to fill positions across a wide range of technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Ability and willingness to work during non-local business hours on occasion, to support communications with hiring managers and stakeholders in other geographic regions/time zones
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Available for a light hybrid position in Ramat Hayal- TLV, 4 days from the office.
