We are looking for a Social Media Manager to be part of building a new shopping experience in a great eCommerce company

Responsibilities:

Lead the social media strategy (in partnership with Director of Marketing and CEO) and planning of the social media calendarResponsible for managing the brand's social media presence across the various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.Compiles both new and existing content to uniquely convey the company story and engage with the digital communityOversees content strategy and creation with respect to product and overall brandingPartner closely with the Art team to bolster social content optimization and performance effortsLeverages the PR, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising teams in the creation of social contentAnalyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports including engagement, community growth, eCommerce statistic, customer acquisition, etc.Have a keen understanding of industry trends, new platforms and best practicesOwn post functions (product tagging and post scheduling/pushing) of social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok and other relevant platformsWrite/ proof-read social media copywritingWork with the marketing team to assist in the organization of the monthly marketing calendarMonitor all social media activity, answer customer questions with help from the customer service team, and organize collaboration requests

Skills & Qualifications:

2-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on social mediaPassion for social media, content creation, and storytellingExperience leading the creation and implement social media content  Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovative thinkingAbility to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgetsMust be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong project management/time management skillsDetail-oriented with strong written and presentation skillsNative/Fluent EnglishFashion-oriented
